NetSupport will be showcasing the latest version of NetSupport DNA Helpdesk, a web-based ticket management solution. The new version includes support for mobile devices. 

NetSupport offers IT professionals desktop management solutions to better manage and support systems on a network. Solutions include remote support, IT asset management, desktop notification, help desk and computer instructional &amp; training software.

NetSupport is located in HDI09 Booth 227.

TechExcel will be previewing ServiceWise 8.1, the latest version of its internal Help Desk and IT Service Management (ITSM) software at the show. ServiceWise is known as a highly configurable and scalable software solution for managing IT requests, incidents, problems, and change records. 

ServiceWise 8.1 introduces multilingual configuration to improve communication between cross-cultural, global teams and a new, robust dashboard reporting interface called MyWork that increases management visibility.  

GA of ServiceWise 8.1 is planned for later in the month but anyone interested in seeing an advance preview should visit us at the TechExcel booth #732.
